Info Edit (MIE)
is a software program for designing text and graphics and transferring
them to Mobitec's signs and control units. MIE has been developed
in close conjunction with our customers, resulting in a user-friendly
program with advanced functionality. The program allows you to create
text for both exterior and interior signs, set up a route description
and manage next-stop announcements.
EASY
TO USE
The program follows the Windows standard, making it easy for you
to get started and find your way about. For editing text, you have
access to most of the text-formatting functions in Microsoft Word.
There are also several guides to help you at every stage of the
program.
AUTOMATIC TEXT FORMATTING
MIE enables you to create text quickly and simply. Let the program
format the text on signs automatically using stored routes, or enter
text manually, direct on the signs. The program suggests suitable
fonts based on the size of the signs.
EASY TO GET RIGHT
You can view the finished result using the program’s bus simulator.
Here, the bus is “driven” along the simulated route
at the speed of your choice. This makes it easy for you to check
all the text and ensure that the correct next-stop announcement
is being played at each stop.
HANDLES ALL LANGUAGES
Mobi Info Edit handles text in any language, including characters
in Arabic, Chinese, etc.
