LED Signs
are used for the display of route
number and destination text. The signs, as with all Mobitec products,
are designed from a user-friendly perspective. Text and graphics
are created by using the Mobitec editing software - Mobi
Info Edit, and by means of a smart card, are quickly and smoothly
transferred to the display via the on board control unit.

information systems designed for the demanding vehicle environment.
NO
MAINTENANCE
The signs are fully electronic with no moving parts. They have LED’s
which will function for the normal lifetime of the bus. The LED’s
have built in UV protection, which means they will keep their colour
and intensity.
OPTIMAL
LEGIBILITY
To get optimal visibility we use high intensity amber LED’s
with a wide viewing angle. The light intensity is adjusted through
a built-in sensor, which reacts to the ambient light conditions,
from pitch-black to full sunlight.
High resolution allows for more and longer text lines, and better
fonts. Text designs can be adjusted to give optimal legibility.
