The
ICU 500 Controller is used on public transport vehicles to
control Mobitec passenger information systems, which incorporate not
only destination and route number signs but also real-time information
signs for next stop as well as digital voice announcement.
In combination with Mobitec’s unique programming software -
Mobi Info Edit - the ICU500 forms a very powerful
and yet user-friendly tool for good passenger information.

CONVENIENT
FOR THE DRIVER
The driver simply keys in the required settings for the route in question,
and the controller takes care of the rest. During the journey, the
entire information system is controlled automatically.
SIMPLE UPDATES
The texts and instructions for the ICU 500 are prepared in an editing
program on a PC and loaded into the ICU 500 with a Compact Flash Card,
directly into the controller. Therefore, no PC is needed in the vehicle
itself.
EASY
TO USE AND INSTALL
The buttons are clearly presented and easily accessible for simple
operation. The display is totally graphic and background illuminated.
The controller is compact and easy to fit.
